Join Cornwall-based artist and tutor Shari Arnott for a seasonal three-day watercolour workshop inspired by the vibrant colours and patterns of nature. Drawing inspiration from the stunning grounds of Budock Vean Hotel & Spa and the Helford River, you’ll explore wet-into-wet watercolour techniques and experiment with new approaches to develop your own style. A materials list will be provided in advance.

What's included

Monday 12th October

  • 9.30am Welcome, informal introductions and first studio session
  • Discussion of ideas, options and visual references, with an opportunity to gather inspiration from the grounds
  • Tutor demonstration and practical painting
  • 11.00am Coffee break, followed by studio session
  • 1.00pm Lunch break
  • 2.30pm Studio session
  • 4.00pm Tea break, followed by further painting and a possible tutor demonstration
  • 5.30pm Finish

Tuesday 13th October

  • 9.30am Studio session
  • 11.00am Coffee break, followed by studio session
