When you’re travelling with grandparents, parents, and children of all ages, ease matters. Beavers Dam sleeps six and is all on one level, making it a practical choice for guests who prefer simple access and a layout that keeps everyone close. With two en-suite bedrooms and its own outdoor space, it suits relaxed days that move easily between indoors and out. The open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area is made for shared meals, board games and planning the next day’s adventures.

For the multi-family holiday

If your summer plans involve a larger family or multiple families travelling together, Beavers Lodge offers useful flexibility for group accommodation in Cornwall. Like Beavers Dam, it sleeps six guests and is all on one level, and the two can also be interconnected to create space for up to 12 guests - ideal when you want to holiday together without compromising on comfort. The Old 19th is Budock Vean’s largest four-star holiday cottage, sleeping eight guests across four double or twin bedrooms, with two en-suites and a family bathroom.
