Do I need to be staying at the hotel to use the spa?
No, our spa is available for both hotel guests and day visitors. You can enjoy a spa day, book individual treatments, or choose a spa break as part of your stay.
What treatments are available at the Natural Health Spa?
We offer a range of treatments including GAIA Journeys, GAIA Rituals, massages, hot stone treatments, facials, reflexology, manicures, pedicures and pre- and post-natal treatments.
Which skincare products do you use in your treatments?
Our treatments use GAIA Skincare products, combining natural ingredients with expert techniques to create relaxing and restorative experiences.
What happens before my spa treatment?
Before your treatment, your therapist will carry out a consultation to understand your needs and tailor your experience. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment.
What should I bring for a spa day?
Spa Day guests can hire a bundle that includes a robe, towel, and flip flops for use during your visit. If you're a hotel guest, we kindly ask that you use the robes and towels provided in your room. Should you wish to hire a spa bundle, this is available for £10 per person. At the end of your visit, please return robes and towels to the designated boxes by the lockers before you leave. Thank you for helping us keep these items available for everyone!
Can I book a spa day without staying overnight?
Yes, our spa days are designed for guests looking for a relaxing day experience. Packages can include treatments, spa access, lunch and refreshments depending on your chosen option.

Is the spa accessible?
Our spa reception, lounge, and treatment rooms are all accessible with level access. However, we regret that our leisure facilities are currently not wheelchair accessible due to a few steps leading down to this area. Please let us know if there’s anything we can assist you with, and we will do our utmost to help.

What if I need to cancel my spa booking?
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you provide 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full treatment cost.
Can my child have a treatment?
At this time, we do not currently offer treatments to anyone under 16 years old.
